Refund Policy

We value your commitment and strive to provide you with the best training experience possible. However, if at any point you choose to withdraw your remaining flight balance, please note the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Requests: Clients may request a refund of their unused flight balance at any time.
  2. Account Adjustment Fee: A 20% adjustment will be deducted from the total balance before processing the refund to cover administrative costs and resource allocation.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request.
